SHIPPING POLICY
Build Packages:
Shipping and deliver depend on both parts availability and on FFL transfer of any stripped lower. We will do our best to do the fastest turn around possible but are not responsible for delayed or out of stock parts that you want to include in your build. Article 15 Arms DOES NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCT OUTSIDE THE STATE THE STIPPED LOWER IS REGISTERED. All products being build by Article 15 Arms LLC must be picked up in person.
Training and Education:
All classes will be scheduled during the times provided. Article 15 Arms LLC will book and conduct personal classes upon request. Please see terms and conditions for more information.
Products:
All retail products are manufactured and shipped through Printful. Article 15 Arms LLC is not responsible for shipping times and delays. Please see our terms and conditions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Build Packages:
Return Policy:
For 2111 The Gunsmith all sales are final once parts are installed on firearm. If customer choses to build on their own and decides before installation the part is not in line with the desired outcome of build Article 15 Arms will assist in returning.
No Refund Policy:
All sales are final on all services provided once service has been preformed in any build package Article 15 Arms LLC offers. Parts that are not ordered through 2111 The Gunsmith are not the responsibility of Article 15 Arms LLC.
Training and Education:
No Refund Policy:
Once training has been conducted there will be NO Refund. There will be NO refund in the event the class has been terminated due to unsafe conditions on the part of student.
Rescheduling:
Article 15 Arms LLC reserves the right to reschedule courses if needed. Life happens to us all. In the event an occasion arises we ask the student to work with us to reschedule. Article 15 Arms LLC will conduct personal classes upon request.
Products:
No Refund Policy:
all sales of painting and gunsmithing services are final. In the event a repaint or alternate paint design is needed Article 15 Arms LLC will work with customer to resolve. In the event of a malfunction not related to manufacturer defect Article 15 Arms LLC will provide service at no cost within the first 30 days after purchase to get the product in working order. All sales are final on stickers once sticker has been removed from protective backing.
Refund:
In the event customer is not satisfied with any retail item purchased we offer a full refund once retail item is shipped back to Article 15 Arms LLC.
